We are immediately thrown into the world of vampires in A Vow of Shadow & Blood and it was so fun! I love this high stakes world that Charlene has created. Adina is fierce and a little impulsive. She will do anything to protect her sister. Karius comes into our story around a quarter of the way in and he is flirty and fun, but he is vicious when he needs to be.
I devoured the last half of the book so fast! I was not expecting those twists at the end and the last line gave me chills!
A Vow of Shadow & Blood is definitely a new must read novel that all vampire lovers will devour!
