Top Ten Tuesday: Social Media Made Me Do It (88)

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl. This meme was created because we are particularly fond of lists here at The Broke and the Bookish. We'd love to share our lists with other bookish folks and would LOVE to see your top ten lists!
In no particular order.

This Week's Theme:
Top Ten Books I Read Because of Social Media

I'm going to categorize these 10 Books Into Yes, No, and Maybe categories based on if I think you should read them too. This is just my opinion on if they are worth it or not. I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments!

  4. While I've heard of most of these books, I'm not falling for the hype. Mainly because they aren't in a genre I like. Or in the case of a couple of them (both in your no section), I've heard too many negative things to think about giving them a chance.

  5. I just recently bought When the Moon Hatched, so I'm glad to see that it made your yes list. But I also just heard really great things about the Zodiac Academy series at a book club meeting on Sunday (although those great things included "you really have to just completely suspend belief for everything" so...) I hope you have a great week.

    1. WTMH is probably my second favorite book/series after Throne of Glass. I can't wait for the sequel next year!

Zodiac Academy just felt like it got repetitive towards book 6 and time frames were confusing and the twins annoyed me. I wrote reviews on book 1, 2, and 6 if you wanna check those out!

  7. I read very little fantasy, so I've actually only considered reading two of these: FOURTH WING and ONE DARK WINDOW. I even bought a copy of FOURTH WING. It's still sitting on my shelf, though, because I've heard really mixed reviews and I'm just not sure it's my kind of thing. I've heard only good things about ONE DARK WINDOW, so hopefully, that one will work for me as well.

    Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!
