Promise Me Forever is an adorably sweet novel. Charlie is going to California to pack her twin brother's stuff up after his death. While there, she learns about Cameron's life there away from their strict, controlling parents. She has the desire for a life like that and on her journey she meets Jhett, Cam's best friend. Jhett is super sexy and wants to help Charlie, including giving her a place to live. And of course, the two fall in love. Until tragedy strikes (bom Bom BOM).

I love Jhett he's sweet and thoughtful, always thinking of Charlie or Cam. Charlie tended to be too stubborn. But the two were perfect for each other: Jhett with his laid back attitude and Charlie with her more uptight personality. I wish we could have seen more of Hanna. I love her!! She's bubbly and fun. I could have done without Ginger though. She was nasty to Charlie the whole time. And I understand that she lost her boyfriend, but Charlie lost her twin brother, so don't take it out on her. 

Promise Me Forever is perfect for those who love funny romances with serious undertones.
