So, I found this photo on JLA's facebook page and it perfectly describes my feelings at the end of all of her books.
The ending of Opal is heartbreaking. But I'm looking forward to Origin, especially the fact that it's in both Katy and Daemon's POVs. Although, I think I'm only in stage 4. ;)
In Opal, we really start to see a change in Katy's personality. She starts to harden against death and all the new things that have become a part of life. Yet, she still retains the same qualities Daemon loves in her.
And Daemon is still sexy and amazing and protective. A little too protective, but I love that about him.
I interested in seeing what happens with Ash and her relationship with the human. That was an interesting twist no one was expecting.
And Dawson was sweet but broken. I can't wait to see him and Bethany back together again!
Daemon, Katy, Dawson, and Blake are all working together to free Bethany and Chris. It's a struggle with distrust between the three and Blake. And Dee can't accept the fact that Daemon and Katy are working together with the guy who killed her boyfriend.
I am soooooooo excited to get to know Bethany and Chris in Opal. And I NEED to know what happens to Katy!!!!!
