Event Recap: Onyx Storm Release Party at Barnes&Noble

I went to my first midnight release party! It was so fun. To get prepared, I wore Rider black!

They had some fun activities planned for us! First, we signed in if we had prepaid for our copy and were entered into a raffle for a signed bookplate.

Next, I checked out the tattoo station and got a golden dragon on my arm.

Then, I went to check out the theory wall that asked three questions (I've included my guesses in the parenthesis): What is Violet's second signet? (knowledge weaver) Why is Violet's hair silver? (Lillith was drained by a venin while pregnant) and Who is the Sage? (General Darromar). There also was a fill out your own Bingo card. I don't think all of these will happen, I was just trying to fill space with some of the crazier ones.

There was a scavenger hunt around the store that got you entered into a drawing for one of two 3D printed dragons. The last activity I participate in was trivia. My team won! Our name was GFDD (iykyk).

Last, we finally got our books and a little goody bag!
