Top Ten Tuesday: Why I DNF'ed (68)

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl. This meme was created because we are particularly fond of lists here at The Broke and the Bookish. We'd love to share our lists with other bookish folks and would LOVE to see your top ten lists!
In no particular order.

This Week's Theme:
Top Ten Reasons I DNF'ed a Book

  • I was bored
  • Book series became too repetitive
  • The main character was too much
  • Trying to make fated mates in a non paranormal/fantasy book happen
  • Male lead was being too much of a jerk
  • Male lead was disregarding everything the female lead told him
  • The bad guy for the last 5 books, wasn't the ultimate bad guy and there was only 1 book left
  • All the male lead could think about was how pretty the female lead was. Did not contribute anything useful to the book
  •  Weird time jumps

  • Female lead was too whiny
